The master of agriculture is an expert of the scientific and pedagogical direction in the field of agriculture. Directs modern scientific development both progressive technologies of selection and features of cultivation of grain crops, agrotechnical methods of cultivation of high-quality sowing material of grain crops.
The purpose of the educational program

Training of specialists with scientific and pedagogical education for agricultural production, pedagogical activity and scientific researches in the sphere of agronomics and agrochemistry, administrative activity in the agricultural organizations of various forms of ownership, local and republican bodies.

Functions of professional activity

Reproduction and preservation of fertility of the soil; development and deployment of the integrated system of protection of plants against harmful organisms; application of modern progressive technologies of cultivation of crops, taking into account achievements of domestic and foreign science; carrying out phytosanitary monitoring of agricultural crops and grounds in the territory of economy for determination of the area, extent of its settling by wreckers, diseases and weeds of plants, definition of concrete methods of fight against them.

4) accurately and unambiguously to give modern information, ideas, conclusions, problems and decisions in plant growing, both to experts, and nonspecialists;

5) to own modern scientific methods of research in the agronomics necessary for independent continuation of further training in the studied area.
