The most important activity of university is the holding of educational and methodical and other thematic and training conferences, seminars and round tables on the topical and relevant issues. Its promote to the integration of science and education, providing and improvement of academic affairs and educational process, professional development of the personnel and teachers, development and implantation of new education technologies, increase of pedagogical skill and teachers creativity in use of innovative methods of education.

    The educational and methodical conferences of various level, educational methodical seminars, round tables, working meetings with participation of the administrative and managerial personnel, teachers, master students and students are regularly held on the KSU basis. Annual methodical “Innova” conference is held in January, which became already traditional. Within a year the educational seminars on the topical problems of the higher school, strategic planning and corporate management are held for the professional development of administrative staff.  

    The approbation and implantation of innovative technologies, holding of online-conferences, educational seminars and other scientific and methodical actions for professional development of teachers are hold within the laboratory innovative educational technologies of KSU. The seminars for young teachers on the educational program "School of pedagogical skill" are held on the constant basis.
