In June 2014 KSU. A.Baitursynov passed institutional and specialized accreditation according to international standards in the national accreditation body - the Independent Kazakhstan Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (IQAA) for a period of 5 years (certificate of accreditation from 10-11.06.2014). Specialized accreditation conducted on all realizable specialties at the University of higher and postgraduate education, except economics.

Specialty in economics of  KSU. A.Baitursynov in October 2014 passed two stages specialized accreditation of educational programs of undergraduate and graduate (6 undergraduate majors, 2 Master's degree specialties) in an international agency - German accreditation agency ACQUIN, which logged in the National Register of accreditation agencies of Kazakhstan. At this time, the recommendations of the expert group under consideration by the Accreditation Council ACQUIN.
