Results of the project GREEN ENGINE

 

Kazan, Russia

 

Classification of tasks, internal communication on the project, a role of partners in the project were provided and accepted by all parties at opening meeting in KAI, Kazan, which passed from December 1 to December 2, 2011, and on which  I.Koshkin, A. Koval, A. Tkachenko were presented. The calendar plan, detailing and personifying works on the project till June, 2013 inclusive, was discussed and accepted by all participants of the project. Besides, there was defined that KAI (Kazan) becomes Project coordinators in Russia and A.Baitursynov KSU (Kostanay) in Kazakhstan.

 

During business trip in Kazan  A. Koval studied in detail the experience of the leading regional technopark  "Ideya" (Kazan), having experience of realization and support of similar hi-tech projects in the sphere of renewables and ecology.

 

Following the results of business trip the Contract model on formation of regional technopark with including in its frame and an energy cluster on the basis of renewable sources was presented on consideration to the rector. The project of formation of regional technopark with the energy cluster was submitted by the rector A. Nametov to Akim of  Kostanay region in June, 2012. At the end of meeting the Center of support innovation and transfer of technologies was created within "Tobol" SEC of the Kostanay region.

 

Brussels, Belgium

 

The international conference of representatives - participants of the program “Tempus” was held on December 12-13, 2011 in Brussels (Belgium) for specification of the purposes and general idea, where reports on intermediate results of the existing projects were presented. The representative from KSU, the head of department of foreign philology S.S.Zhabayeva took active part in the course of the meeting.

 

Kostanay, Kazakhstan

 

On July, 2012 the meeting with the project coordinator from Wismar University Anatoliy Beyfert and representatives of the working group from KSU of A. Baitursynov passed, which had character of intermediate monitoring of the received results, achievement of goals and obligations. Reports were submitted, the done work was reported. Results of work were estimated as satisfactory.

Klaipeda, Lithuania

 

Klaipeda scientific and technological park together with partners held the second international conference which passed on October 1-2, 2012 in Klaipeda, Lithuania. Participants of the project Tempus "Eco-Engineering - information processing about a state of environment and a sustainable development of renewable resources and biological waste" took active part in conference, and also in work with business partners and educational institutions.

 

Opportunities clarifications of contacts determination, conducting of negotiation, signing of documents and contracts, the organization of conferences, the organization of exhibitions were the purpose of the conference organization.

 

St. Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics developed the site on the project Tempus for mobility of information exchange on realization of the purposes and tasks of the project. http://www.green-engine.org

 

Riga, Latvia

 

During Project realization on the period from September, 23 till September, 28 the university was visited by experts from partner higher education institution on the project of Riga Technical University (RTU). Also masters of Kostanay State University and students of the specialty "Electric power" of Rudny Industrial Institute participated in monitoring of the project.

 

The expert group was headed by professor, the habilitated doctor of engineering sciences, and the director of institute of environment and energy systems, Dagniya Bloomberg. On the expert group were RTU scientists: associate professors Yelena Ziemele and Elina Datse, Edgards Vigants and Valdis Vitolinysh.

 

Realization of seminar and practical lectures for masters and lecturers were the main object of the monitoring for purposes of qualified training of specialists with postgraduate education in specialty “Electric power” in the direction of "Green engine" according to government standards.

 

All lectures were open for visiting and anyone could come. Lectures were in the building of engineering technical faculty of KSU, and also the part of experts visited RII.

 

During working week lectures on subjects "Rational Consumption of Energy", "Organization of elimination of waste", "Wind power" and "Technologies of Environmental Protection" were held. All lectures were with use of Latvia experience and in general the European Union countries in the sphere of energy saving, energy efficiency and environmental protection of industrial, agrarian and municipal sector of economy.

 

For practical consolidation of the gained knowledge the field trip on the technological enterprise  Rudny brewery "Arasan" was planned. At the end of a trip and the received information students developed recommendations and actions on effective energy use of technological chains of plant, energy saving of separate shops, reduction of emissions in environment. All developments were listened with interest by experts and also by the invited experts from plant and other enterprises of processing.

 

The seminars were especially valuable because of the invited experts from the Riga, acting consultants of the government of Latvia in energy efficiency, representatives of the energy companies which are engaged in consulting in the sphere of energy saving.

 

 

 

At the end of programme all participants received certificates.

On June 8-9, 2016 the project outcomes were presented at “National Qualifications Framework: from Methodology of Architecture to Implementation Practice” Republican Seminar.  The project outcomes were shared and discussed within “Competence-based approach to the development of educational programmes” workshop.

 

The project participated in Exhibition of Tempus IV Projects, held as a part of the Republican Seminar. The project team was awarded the diploma “For effective interaction with enterprises” by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Erasmus+ Office in Kazakhstan. The project Coordinator, Anatoli Beifert was awarded the diploma “For Professionalism and ability to  work for future prospect”
