Transfer  of  students  is provided  from course to course, from one educational organization to another, from one form of training to another, from one specialty to another.

Applications of full-time students on transfer and reinstatement are considered by the head of the educational organization during the summer and winter vacations within five working days. Applications of extramural students are submitted till the beginning of the next examination session.

Reinstatement is possible if all the requirements of the first academic curriculum were fulfilled.

Before reinstatement and transfer the difference in the disciplines of the curriculum, they studied in the previous academic periods is determined. Transfer and reinstatement are carried out on the same course, if the difference in the curriculum for the Bachelor is not more than five disciplines of the compulsory component.

A student, who wishes to transfer to another educational institution, apply for a transfer to the Rector, where he(she) studies and  on  receiving the written consent for  the transfer with the attached  seal, refers to the head of the university he(she) wants to transfer.

The application for transfer to the head of the receiving  institution must be accompanied by copies of :

• training cards signed by  dean;

• transcript, signed by the head of the registration, certified  and sealed by the signature of the head of the planning and organization of educational process department;

• certificate of UNT or CT;

• certificate of the educational grant holder (if available);

• A copy of a declaration addressed to the Rector of the University, where he studied (with signature and seal of the rector).

When transferring a student on the basis of the state educational grant from one institution to another for a lower course or on other specialty a student is deprived of the educational grant.

The student who was expelled from the university earlier can be reinstated as a student of any form of education, and of any specialty in any university regardless of the time of expulsion. Reinstatement in and the elimination of differences in the disciplines of the curriculum is carried out only on a fee basis! Students on a paid basis expelled during the semester for nonpayment, in the case of repayment, have the right to recover within four weeks from the date of expulsion.
