Academic Services Department
The primary goal of the department is to develop, implement and maintain an effective system of educational management at the university.
Objectives:
- Development and improvement of education quality management;
- Participation in scientific-methodical and practical conferences, forums, meetings and other events on education management problems;
- Direction and coordination of academic department activity on continuous improvement of scientific-methodical process system and implementation of modern technologies, methods, means of education and knowledge control, increasing its efficiency;
- Establishment of scientific-methodical regulations, recommendations, normative-reference documentations on organization and improvement of the educational process;
- Activity coordination of faculties and departments of the university on development of specialities syllabuses, catalog of elective disciplines, academics time-schedules and its control of meeting to requirements;
- Analysis of the practice work results, reports of chairmen of the state qualifying commissions, questioning of students;
- Training seminars and recommendations development on organization and improvement of the educational process;
- Planning, organization of export report and recommendations on publications of academic, scientific-methodical literature and elective educational editions;
- Expert report of educational programmes on disciplines and academic and methodological complex of disciplines;
- Implementation coordination of polylingual education;
- Activity coordination of scientific-methodical council.
