Kostanai State Akhmet Baitursynov University is not only one of the leading educational institutions of North Kazakhstan, it is also a scientific and cultural centre of the region. The University provides a high quality and a wide range of educational services implementing new teaching technologies and increasing the scientific research basis.

Quite a considerable role is granted to different University subdivisions that organize and coordinate the main – educational and scientific – processes of the University activity. They are educational and public relations department, academic department, management and monitoring of education department, science  and post-University education department, organizational and legal work department, social and infrastructural provision department, international relations department. 

These departments are headed by qualified specialists - Candidates of Sciences and

associate professors.  Structurally within departments there are corresponding subdivisions.
