Consulting and education
Directions of consulting:
- State purchase lots monitoring and facilitating the agreements concluding as the results of tenders, contests with non-for-profit organizations;
- Attracting private sources of economic research financing, assisting university teachers in concluding economic agreements with natural and legal persons;
- Consulting natural and legal persons on economic issues, free and paid;
- Cooperating with state governing bodies, non-for-profit organizations, development institutions, businesses in arranging contests, exhibitions, presentations, forums, etc.
The results of consulting:
- From April 1, 2011 the CER assisted in 57 economic projects on rendering services for commercial and state organizations, including compiling estimates, order applications on creating teams of staff and payment, arranging certificates of completion totaling 16 mln. tenges.

Directions of Education:
- Attracting students and post-graduates to research on relevant economic problems;
- Consultations on the issues of preparing to the contest of student business projects «Parasatty Zhastar».
- Participation in arrangement of student scientific practical conferences, contests.
Results of education activities:
- Prepared 5 applications for the participation in regional, national and international contests;
- Was held “Autumn - 2012” contest of economic research by Consortium of Economic research and education devoted to the topic “Scientific support of the creation of transport and logistics centre in Fyodorovka, Kostanai region»;
- Prepared an application for the participation in the contest of the Committee of MSE RK for grant financing of research on 2013 – 2015 “Forming the system of youth business support” 20.12.2012;
- Together with KSU student K. Bershinbaev prepared an application for the participation in the contest of student research MSE RK project “Scientific support of the creation of transport and logistics centre in Fyodorovka, Kostanai region» 24.12.2012;
- Together with KSU student K. Bershinbaev and ChGU student T. Arestanov prepared an application for the participation in the contest of student research works “Parasatty zhastar – 2013” devoted to the topic “Scientific support of the creation of transport and logistics centre in Fyodorovka, Kostanai region», entering the finals of the contest
- Was held “Spring - 2013” contest of economic research by Consortium of Economic research and education devoted to the topic “Scientific support of the creation of transport and logistics centre”

To assist achieving the tasks outlined by the Strategy of KSU development on 2011 – 2020 on concluding the agreements by the departments to conduct the research with institutions and enterprises was worked out the “ Instruction on carrying out of tasks by structural units and teachers of the university», entering the provision P 072.034-2012.

In the university there is a mechanism of carrying out of economic tasks
The most favourable directions of commercialization of research activities:
- Business planning;
- Services in animal breeding;
- Participation in “Road Map of Business 2020”;
- Participation of students, post-graduates and teachers in university, regional, national and international contests and seminars;
- Joint projects with subjects of business;
- Creation and serving of web-sites;
- Rendering psychological consultations.
Prospects of economic activities:
- Attracting young scientists and teachers to practical activities.
- Participation of students, post-graduates and teachers in university, regional, national and international contests and seminars .
- Teaching students and post-graduates with the application of practice-oriented approach, enhancing competitiveness of graduates and shortening the period of adjustment at work place.
In 2013 set of pattern agreements about cooperation and for economic activities was updated, which makes it easier for the executers to fill in all necessary forms.
