The Centre was created according to  the decision of Scientific Council on the rector’s order  73 OD from 15.06.2009 .

The head of the centre was Doszanova Alma Irgibaevna, c.e,s, assistant-professor, who remained on her post till October,  2010.

After a short break the centre resumed its work from March, 1, 2011  with Koval A.P. c.e,s, assistant-professor  as its head.

Koval A.P. is an expert of the regional council of the Kostanaiskie Novosty, the weekly Nasha Gazeta, the weekly specialized paper Agro Zharzhy (Almaty), in which he constantly publishes interviews, articles, expert notes also he cooperates with TV Company Alau – TV.

The staff of CER takes an active part in the “Strategic integration international management of small and medium business” (2007 – 2010)  programme of Tempus and “Business Council” Damu programme )Almaty).

The centre conducted seminars for agricultural producers of Kostanai oblast and KSU scientists on the issue of compiling a grant application on the project “ Increasing the competitiveness of agricultural products”, seminars on business development in Kostanai oblast within  the frames of Damu fund programme.  In October the centre took part in the Agriculture Ministry  of RK grant contest within the frames of the investment project “ Increasing the competitiveness of agricultural products”, realized with the support of International Bank.

Worked out the project “ Increasing the competitiveness small-scale commodity production by means of SelPK».

The aim of the project is scientific support  and working out recommendations on improving structural elements agricultural consumer cooperatives with regards to the peculiarities of the region of their functioning.

Koval A. P. Is included in the team for implementing the Tempus programme “Ecological Engineering and Sustainable development with the use of renewable and biological waste” (2011-2014 .).
