Sports events among teachers and staff of University took place at A.Baitursynov Kostanay State University.

The competitions, which aimed at activation of physical culture andhealth improving work, also participation of workers of education to the regular activity of physical culture andsports, passed in the building № 2, 3 and «Sunkar» sports complex from 9 to 24 January. The organizers of the event were union committee of University together with Sport Club of University and Physical and Sport Training Department. Management staff and teachers from all faculties participated in the competition.

The competition was in nine sports: volleyball, basketball, streetball, futsal, draughts, darts, ping-pong, air rifle shooting and ski races. The games passed in the different sections in accordance with generally accepted rules in every sport. Winners were defined both in individual classification and in team classification.

The heads of University wished everybody further success and handed to all winners of Spartakiad certificates and prize money.
