On August 31, 2016, the collective contract on 2016-2019 is signed in Akhmet Baitursynov Kostanay State University.

The collective contract is signed between employer and employees in accordance with Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Education, Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Labor Union Organization, other regulatory legal acts with the purpose of specifying mutual  obligations of employees and employer on the protection of social and labor rights and professional interests of employees, and also establishment of additional social and economic, legal and professional guarantees, benefits and advantages for employees, creation better conditions for their work.

The parties of the collective contract are:

1. Employer - Republic State enterprise on the basis of the right of economic management « Akhmet Baitursynov Kostanay State University» represented by rector Khussain Khassenovich Valiyev.

2. Employees - individuals, working on the basis of the labour contract, and students, master students, postdoctoral student, who are members of branch « Labor Union Organization of employees and students of Akhmet Baitursynov Kostanay State University» public association «Kostanay regional organization of Kazakhstan industrial union of education and science employees», represented by representative - chairman of Labor Union Organization Nurlan Bekentayevich Mamiyev.
