Within the framework of the practice-oriented courses on the discipline “Court system of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, 3-year students of Law Faculty of KSU visited the specialized interdistrict court in the criminal proceedings of Kostanay region.

During the excursion, students learned about work of court secretaries, office, archives and codification. The courtrooms, which were equipped with the AVF system, were seen by students. Also the court chairman Ye.Seralin told students about specificity of the court and explained the Message of the President to Kazakhstan’s people “Third modernization of Kazakhstan: global competitiveness”.

Students asked questions on work of the jury trial. The chairman clarified the procedure for selecting of the jury. After the report of the chairman, students visited the trial.

In the future, students will participate in open court proceedings within the framework of the practice-oriented courses.
