Screening is a preventive medical examination for healthy people of a certain age in order to identify risk factor and illnesses at an early stage with purpose of improving efficiency of the treatment and preventing the development of complications.

Academic teaching staff, personnel and students of economic and agriculture and biology faculties of KSU received an opportunity to pass screening without leaving place of work and study. The place of screening holding was organized in the building №2 of A.Baitursynov KSU by qualified doctors of urban polyclinic №1 and medical workers of Centre of primary health care of KSU.

All comers could learn their weight, height, and to measure eye pressure and blood sugar level. The recommendations and additional directions on conducting analysis were written on the basis of research.

More than 120 people from ATS, personnel and students took part in the event.
