In the first day of May we celebrate one of the kind and light holidays – Unity Day of Kazakhstan people. It is a festival of friendship and consent , which are so necessary for peaceful life in the country, where more than 150 nations and nationalities live.

Kostanay State University also celebrated "Friendship day ". 

The festival, which passed in several stages, was called "Seven steps to Nauryz". Today the last stage of “Under Unified Shanyrak” festival passed, dated to Unity Day of Kazakhstan people.

Actions traditionally began with planting of trees and continued by a concert.
