April 27, 2017, the annual open competition for sports programming among students of colleges was held at the software department. Six educational institutions took part in the forum: Kostanay Polytechnic College, Lisakovsk Technical College, Kostanay Construction College, KInEU College, Kostanay Industrial and Pedagogical College and Zhytikara Polytechnic College. The guest of the event was Evgeniy Zhukovskiy, deputy director of “Profi Escort”. The participants were awarded certificates, the winners of the Olympiad were:

1st place - Tasbolat Tulegenov (Kostanay Polytechnic College);

2nd place – Ruslan Naurzalinov (KInEU College);

3rd place - Maxim Lukyanov (Kostanay Industrial and Pedagogical College).
