Requirements to qualification: the highest (or postgraduate) education, status of an academic degree, work experience not less than 5 years on positions of pedagogical or executive positions.

2. Assistant professors of department – 3

• Department of   biology and chemistry - 1
• Department of veterinary medicine  - 1
• Department of philosophies  - 1

Requirements to qualification: the highest (or postgraduate) education, status of an academic degree, work experience not less than 5 years on positions of scientific and pedagogical activity.

3. The head teachers of departments - 15:

• Department of the theory and history of state and law - 1
• Department of criminal and civil law and procedure - 1

Requirements to qualification: the highest (or postgraduate) education, work experience not less than 3 years on positions of scientific and pedagogical activity, including not less than one year as the teacher or an experience of practical work in the specialty (to an activity profile) not less than 5 years and/or status of an academic degree.

4. Teachers of departments - 2:

• Department of biology and chemistry – 2

Requirements to qualification: the higher education in the presence of work experience not less than 3 years and/or status of the academic degree of the master.

Competition is held according to Rules of competitive replacement on positions of scientific and pedagogical (higher-education teaching personnel, scientists)  personnel of higher educational institutions.
