On May 24, 2016, the online conference on “International academic mobility and programme of double master degree” took place in a conference hall of A.Baitursynov Kostanay State University jointly with Vladimir State University named after Alexander and Nikolay Stoletovs.

The purpose of action: assistance in development of academic mobility of Higher Education Institutions of Russia and Kazakhstan.

Objectives:

• to define possibilities of cooperation;
• identify ways of development of academic mobility and define preparation directions (of specialization);
• to reach the agreement of mutual recognition of documents on education
• to define financial capacity of academic mobility
• to define possibilities of organization of master students training
• to reach the agreement in questions of organization and holding of training

On this action Kostanay state university was represented by:

Within the meeting, reports were made on the topics:

1. "Realization of the academic mobility as one of the principles of Bologna Process";

2. "Development and administration of the double diplomas’ program";

3. "International cooperation between KSU and VSU: state and prospects";

4. "The economic direction as one of the variants of realization of double diplomas’ programs ".

Also parties discussed questions about directions of preparation for realization of academic mobility, financing, organization of training of master students, etc.

Following the results of a meeting, representatives of higher education institutions come to the decision about need of agreement conclusion about cooperation in the sphere of academic mobility and development of double diplomas’ programs. The possible directions of master degree preparation are defined.
