The study of the disciplines of this educational program will provide knowledge on: 

- technique and technology of the grain industry;
- grain quality control during acceptance and storage;
- elevator industry technologies;
- design of grain processing enterprises;
- analysis and management of technological processes at elevators and other grain reception centres;
- development and implementation of new, improved technological methods of processing and storage of grain

The technology of bread, pasta and confectionery

 

The study of the disciplines of this educational program will provide knowledge on:

- production technologies of bread, pasta and confectionery;
- design of enterprises for the production of bread, pasta and confectionery;
- quality control of raw materials and finished products;
- management of technological processes at the enterprises for the production of bread, pasta and confectionery;
- development of advanced technological processes in bakery and pasta production
