General provisions
Applications for transfer or reinstatement for full time attendance are considered by the rector of the university during a summer and winter vacation within five working days prior to the beginning of the next semester, and for transferring or reinstatement part-time attendance the applications should be handed in no later than a month prior to the beginning of the next examination period at university. Thus it is possible to be transferred or reinstated to any institution of high education, or any mode of attendance and any major regardless the dates of expulsion.
An indispensable condition of transfer or reinstatement into the university is a completion of the first semester according to the individual curriculum of no less than 15 credits. Transfer and reinstatement are implemented on the same course if the difference in curricula compounds no more than five obligatory subjects for a bachelor degree.

Application for transfer addressed to the rector of the educational institution where you have studied (copy);
Transcript of records (original);
Certificate of the United National Test (copy);
Document on the possession of the educational grant (copy), if there is one;
Identity card (copy);
The procedure of transferring
To be transferred from one educational institution into other it is necessary to write the application addressed to the rector of the educational institution where you are currently studying. Having got the consent to transfer, you should write the application addressed to the rector of the educational institution where you wish to be transferred to, and to attach the following documents to the application: a transcript of records, a certificate of the United National Test (copy); a document on the possession of the educational grant (copy), if there is one; an identity card (copy), an application for transfer addressed to the rector of the educational institution where you are studying (copy with the signature of the rector and a stamp).
The dean of the faculty will calculate the difference in the curricula and appoint a year to which you will be transferred. The advisor will make your individual curriculum. After that the order will be issued on transferring your documents from your previous educational institution. When the order is received by the rector of the educational institution where you are currently studying, he in his turn issues an order on your expulsion with the statement “expelled due to a transfer to another educational institution”.
Reinstatement procedure
To be reinstated, it is necessary to write the application addressed to the rector of the educational institution and to attach a transcript of records (original) and a copy of the identity card.
The dean of the faculty will calculate the difference in the curricula and appoint a year to which you will be reinstated. The advisor will make your individual curriculum. After that the order on your reinstatement is issued.
