1. A copy of the document of higher education.

2. Document of personnel record.

3 A copy of  employment record book (if there is any).

4. 6 photographs of 3*4.

5. Medical certificate of a form 086-U and F63 vaccination card.

6. Copies of RNN, SIK and identity card.

7. A copy of the foreign language certificate, such as TOEFL ITP, TOEFL, IELTS, Grundbaustein DaF, DSH, DELF, DALF, TCF (if there is any).

8. List of publications (if there is any).

9. Receipt of payment for testing in a foreign language.

Originals of the documents should be provided for verification. After the verification the originals will be returned.
