The aim of multy- directional scientific journal "3i: intellect, idea, innovation"  is spreading scientific knowledge, results of Kazakhstani  and foreign scientists’ research in Arts, Social sciences, Veterinary, Agriculture, Economics, Jurisprudence, Natural and Technical Sciences. 

Thejournal is created to publish and spread the results of research of would be doctors, masters and applicants for scientific degrees and also to exchange research results and experience. It serves the function of scientific information spreading, attracting new researchers, problem rubrics prompt to the discussion of topical issues.

The founder of the journal is the institution of higher education, thus the staff has in mind increasing the role of science and research, strengthening the link between science and education. The journal publishing facilitates creative links of the institution with other institutions of RK and the foreign ones. The editorial staff includes prominent scientists of RF, the Republic of Belarus, Italy, Turkey, etc, which widens information space Kazakhstani scientists’ interaction.

The journal is registered in the International Centre of social issues on serial journals registration ISSN (UNESCO, Paris, France)

The journal «3i: intellect, idea, innovation» caters for high school teachers, post- graduates, students, those engaged in the sphere of culture and education. 

The journal is published from 2000. Re-registered in Culrure and Information Ministry of RK  27.11.2012 .

The journal enters East View data base, registration  number 906297 P. The data about  the  journal is published in "Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory" -  the directory on periodical  issues.

In 2009 the journal was granted a subscription index 74297, from  2010  it has become possible to subscribe to the journal in any “Kazpost” ltd office.

The languages  of the materials published are Kazakh, Russian, English.

It is published 4 times a year on the following directions:

Before contributing the material to the journal, please,  carefully read the rules and conditions of  an article design. The  incorrectly designed material is returned to the author.
