 On December 10-13, 2012 the first meeting of partners was appointed in connection with activation of activities on the project. The head of  science and postgraduate education Zh.B.Zharlygasov and the specialist of department of international relations T.Yu.Tsai represented A.Baitursynov KSU.

 The meeting passed under the leadership of the project coordinator, professor and the pro-rector of international relations Anna Tozzi, in University of L'Aquila.On December 10 the detailed contents of the project were provided to members of consortium, tasks and purposes were considered, also partners distributed and discussed working packages and periods of their performance during project realization which will be prolonged 2 years. A.Baitursynov KSU received formulation of working package 3 "Improving of staff skills and strategy development", the main tasks of which is preparation of the draft plan of the development strategy of services on support of students, and also a complex of actions, based on the got experience and reports on the conducted research among students.

During December 11-13, 2012 financial matters were discussed.

The main consultant is Ilia State University, Georgia. A working language is English. During the meeting all participants had an opportunity to establish contacts with representatives of higher education institutions and the student's organizations from the partner countries. 

The result of visit of university of L'Aquila the collaborating agreement with the project coordinator was signed, documents and recommendations necessary for initialization and support of successful and stable functioning of the project were received, in case of realization and in the following, after implementation of necessary services on support of students in each higher education institution.

On October 6-7, 2015 at “Stefan cel Mare” Suceava University Final Project “Student Support and Development Services – SSDS” Meeting was held. The partners reported on the implementation of the project objectives. See details at http://tempus-ssds.eu/ssds_moodle/
