Educational program

 

3.1 Psychological ensuring of professional activity of public servants.

 

Total number of hours - 72 hours.

Training terms - 2 weeks.

Head of the program: L.Ye.Urdabayeva - Head of the Psychology and Pedagogy department

Control form - pass-fail exam.

 

Purpose: Efficiency improvement of professional activity of public servants by means of development of their psychological and administrative competence at the professional problems’ decision, formation of business success and professional activity, interaction with the population and rational management by human resources, psychological support.

 

Objectives: 

1. Development of theoretical and practical psychology basis of professional activity of public servants;

2. Basis development of management and leadership, management skills by personnel motivation, resolving conflict situations.

3. Basis development of professional career building of public servants, psychology of organization changes.

4. Development of instrumental and technological competence, providing high efficiency of human resources management in system of public service.  

 

Material and technical resources: specialized training audience (№ 102), multimedia complex.

 

Expected results:

 

Improvement of core personal, professional and managerial competencies by listeners, which characterized the modern public servant. These include body of knowledge, abilities and practical skills on:

-  assessment, development and implementation of professional and personal potential of public servants in professional and official activity; 

- organizations of psychological ensuring of acceptance and realization of effective management decisions, prediction of psychological consequences of management decisions and reasons for recommendations about their optimization and effective realization;

- reasons and implementation of effective models of the evaluation of activities efficiency and systems creation of public servants’ motivation; 

- establishment, introduction and implementation of effective models of managerial interaction in official activities of public servants;

- zones analysis of conflict interaction in the organization, prediction and prevention of the conflicts in interpersonal sphere and official activities, moderation and conflict management in public service;

- technology management of formation of resistance to stress and effective behavior in stressful situations.

New model’s concept of public service. Psychology of management activity in public service system. Psychological basis of personnel management. Effective business communication in public service system.

3. Basis mastering of professional career building of public servant, psychology of organization changes;   

4. Development of instrumental and technological competencies, providing high efficiency of human resource management in public service system.

- formation and development of practical skills of formation and maintaining of productive contact with companion

- formation and consolidation of “Effective communication” concept at participants

- development of practical skills of productive interaction’ formation with companion

- improvement of individual communicative styles with purpose of conflicts prevention and stress minimization

- to be aware of communication components and know, on which veracity of transfer and perception of information, strength of the argument depends.
