IV Training and Retraining Program of personnel of economic direction

Educational program

4.1 Professional accountant of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Total number of hours - 102 hours.

Training terms - 4 weeks.

Head of the program: E.V.Vassilchuk - Candidate of economic sciences

Control form - qualifying examination.

Purpose: the program promotes to professional development of organization personnel, formation of new economic mentality at them in accordance with market conditions, requirements of the reforming of national system of financial market in connection with the transition on international standards of financial reporting under the RK law «On Accounting and Financial Reporting».

Objectives: 

1. To provide information about transition on international standards of financial reporting;

2. To prepare environment to create professional judgment in the selection of alternative methods and assess its impact on the information of financial reporting;

3. To develop practical skills on the application of recommended methods of elements assessment of financial reporting, prepared in accordance with requirements of regulatory legal acts, regulating of preparation of financial reporting of state institutions;

4. To create conditions for consistent and ongoing transition to IFRS.

Expected results: receiving certificate "Professional accountant of RK".

Disciplines: it is necessary to complete courses in order to receive the certificate and successfully pass exams in the following disciplines:

1) Accounting according to IFRS;

2) Tax and taxation;

3) Civil law.

4.2. International professional certification of CIPA accountants for candidates on the receiving of CAP and CIPA certificates.

Total number of hours - 132 hours.

Training terms - 6 weeks.

Purpose: Accountant needs to ensure that his qualification and knowledge not to become obsolete. The CIPA program was developed for this reason.

Objectives: 

The CIPA program gives an opportunity:

- to improve own professional level and significantly increase knowledge in the field of accounting according to international practice;

- to maintain accounting records and prepare financial reporting on enterprises of different forms of ownership;

- to work with IFRS;

- to analyse financial activity of enterprises;

- to work in companies with foreign capital;

- to apply the methods of management and financial accounting according to international standards.
