On September 15, 2016, the presentation about realization of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On commercialization of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activity» took place in the conference hall of the main building of A.Baitursynov KSU. The director of the project management of «Science fund» JSC Kanat Iskakov made a speech on behalf of the State Institution «Committee on science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan».   He gave a detailed description of the contest on the grant financing of commercialization projects of results about scientific and (or) scientific and technical activity for 2016. A.Baitursynov KSU with the fund of enterprise development «Damu» JSC will hold the training seminar on the project of «Support of entrepreneurial initiatives of student youth». The seminar will begin from 21.09.2016. The submission of applications for participation is conducted until 19.09.2016.   You need to bring applications in the office No.114 of the 2nd building of University. On September 9, 2016, the regular session of the contest committee took place in conference hall of A.Baitursynov Kostanay State University. The competition on the posts replacing of academic teaching staff is conducted in accordance with the Standard Qualification descriptions of posts of pedagogical workers and the person, who is equated to them, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.338 of July 13, 2009, and Rules competitive replacement of posts of academic teaching staff and scientific workers of Higher Education Institution, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No.230 of April 23, 2015. In accordance with the Regulation about competitive replacement of posts of academic teaching staff, approved by the decision of Board of Studies (record No.9 of June 30, 2016), on July 25, 2016, the advertisement about competitive replacement of vacant posts of academicteaching staff was posted on the external site of University.   Applications on participation were being received during 30 calendar days to August 25, 2016. Elections of the competition and concluding of the employment contract are held not later than in two months after the end of filing of applications.   38 applications were submitted, according to the announced 66 vacant posts, on participation in the competition from applicants on the relevant posts.   According to new Regulations of competitive replacement, the signing of the employment contract is held after the end of the meeting of contest committee and decision of HEI rector not later than within 10 calendar days. The contract is signed for a period of three years according to new Regulations. The extension of the employment contract isn't provided upon the termination of it validity. The condition is new; the contract was being concluded on an indefinite period by the previous Regulations.   For the period preceding the competition, results of scientific and pedagogical activity of applicants have been generalized at meetings of departments, professional and personal qualities of candidates, taking into account qualification requirements, are estimated, open classes and the motivated conclusions are given.   The members of contest committee and schedule of the competition was approved by the Order of Rector No.130 of August 29, 2016. The aim of the contest committee of University is a writing of recommendations about every candidate on the vacant post to the Rector, by results of secret vote. The contest committee makes recommendations about the employment contract conclusion with a certification in 5 years or rejection of the candidate in case of inconsistency to the specified requirements, and additional recommendations with justification of the reasons.   The session of the contest committee lasted about three hours, then, results were summarized. On September 5, 2016, the bust of our countryman, great teacher, linguist, writer and politician Akhmet Baitursynov inaugurated in Auliekol. Akim of region Arkhimed Mukhambetov, public and government leader Kenzhegali Sagadiyev, executive secretary of ministry of culture and sport Kuatzhan Ualiyev, rector of Akhmet Baitursynov Kostanay State University Khussain Valiyev and also representatives of the scientific and creative intellectuals took part in the ceremony of bust opening. After the opening ceremony of A.Baitursynov’s bust, guests, who came from neighboring regions, went to Auliekol House of Culture for participation in Republican research and practice conference, dedicated to the memory of Akhmet Baitursynov. The rector of Akhmet Baitursynov Kostanay State University Khussain Valiyev made a report about Akhmet Baitursynov activity at the conference. The KSU rector noted that, Akhmet Baitursynov monument was established in the Centre of Kostanay, street was named after him, and Kostanay State University bears his name. The first-year students of Akhmet Baitursynov Kostanay State University celebrated the first of September brightly and festively!   At the beginning of ceremony, KSU rector Khussain Valiyev and leaders of University laid flowers to the Akhmet Baitursynov monument. After flower laying, everybody listened to the anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On August 31, 2016, the collective contract on 2016-2019 is signed in Akhmet Baitursynov Kostanay State University. The collective contract is signed between employer and employees in accordance with Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Education, Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Labor Union Organization, other regulatory legal acts with the purpose of specifying mutual  obligations of employees and employer on the protection of social and labor rights and professional interests of employees, and also establishment of additional social and economic, legal and professional guarantees, benefits and advantages for employees, creation better conditions for their work.   The parties of the collective contract are: 1. Employer - Republic State enterprise on the basis of the right of economic management « Akhmet Baitursynov Kostanay State University» represented by rector Khussain Khassenovich Valiyev. 2.
