Qualifying description
Spheres of professional activity: the undergraduate of natural sciences is prepared:
- to activity requiring deep fundamental and professional preparation, including to research work in areas, using the methods of computer technologies; to development and application of modern mathematical methods and software for the decision of tasks of science, technique, economy and management, to creation of informative models of business processes; to determine composition and functions of the informative systems; to accept reasonable decisions concerning integration of the separate informative systems;
- to scientifically-pedagogical activity on condition of mastering to them corresponding educational program of pedagogical profile. The undergraduate of natural sciences can hold positions requiring higher education in accordance with the laws of the РК.
The objects of professional activity of graduating students of city council are research centers, project and scientific and production organizations, management organs, educational establishments, technologies of planning of the systems, architecture of the informative systems, informative systems, standards, procedures and facilities of support of management, legal field of life cycle of the informative systems, skilled providing of life cycle of the informative systems, management by the users of the informative systems, business planning.

- Education.
The undergraduates of specialty 6M060200 - Informatics must be competent in their professional activities, research and teaching activities in the solution of scientific problems in professional dialogue and intercultural communication, be prepared for personal and professional growth.
The structure of the educational program
The structure of the educational program is determined by the model curriculum, curriculum and elective courses directory.
In the magistracy scientific and pedagogical direction volume disciplines cycle BD (basic disciplines) - total 16 credits, obligatory component - 8, component of the choice - 8. As a result of the study of the subjects of the cycle BD student should know the basic sections of the history and philosophy of science, foreign language pedagogy, psychology and electronic engineering, human-computer interaction, have the basic knowledge needed for the study of professional disciplines.
PD cycle (profiling disciplines) - total 18 credits, obligatory part - 2, component of the choice - 16.
Educational program of scientific and pedagogical Magistrates includes two types of practices:
- Pedagogical - 3 credits - in the organization of education;
- Research - 3 credits - at the place of execution of the dissertation.
Pedagogical practice is carried out in order to create the skills and methods of teaching.
Research Practice undergraduates held to familiarize with the latest theoretical, methodological and technological advances domestic and foreign science, with modern methods of scientific research, processing and interpretation of experimental data.
All kinds of practices are implemented in accordance with the individual curriculum in terms defined by the academic calendar and plan individual work of a student. Individual plan provides for mandatory work of a student passing foreign scientific training.
Scientific research work in scientific and educational magistracy should:
- Conform to the key issues of occupation for which defended his master's thesis;
- Be relevant, include scientific novelty and practical significance;
- Based on current theoretical, methodological and technological achievements of science and practice;
- Performed with the use of modern methods of research;
- Include research (methodological and practical) sections on the main protected positions;
- Based on the best international practices in the field of knowledge.
Results of scientific investigations or experimental research work at the end of each period of their passing undergraduates are made out in a report.
The final outcome of the research or experimental research work of a student is an undergraduate’s dissertation.
The basic results of undergraduate’s dissertation must be presented no less by what in one publication and/or one performance at research and practice conference.
An academic calendar contains the calendar of realization of the theoretical educating, examination sessions, attestations, professional practices, days of rest (vacations and holidays).
