The speciality 5v030100- Jurisprudence provides possible educational programs:

The academic degree the bachelor of natural sciences in the speciality 5v030100-Jurisprudence is appropriated to the graduate of speciality 5v030100-Jurisprudence.
Qualification characteristic
The sphere of professional activity of speciality is: Protection, providing, guarantee of observance of legitimate rights and interests of the state, the natural and legal entities arising in the legal sphere.
Objects of professional activity of the expert are law enforcement agencies; judicial, executive and representative bodies of the government and management; state and non-state enterprises; legal profession; banks; insurance and auditor companies, education organisations.
Subjects of professional activity
- rules of law;
- events and the actions having legal value;
- the legal relations arising in the sphere of functioning of the state and non-state institutes;
- legal relations between government bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, individuals and legal entities.
Structure of an educational program
The structure of an educational program is defined by the standard training program, the curriculum and the catalogue of elective disciplines.
Cycle GED (general education disciplines) – all the credits 31. As a result of studying of disciplines of cycle GED the being trained has to know basic provisions of history of Kazakhstan, philosophy, ecology, other social and humanitarian disciplines; to know Kazakh, Russian, foreign languages; to have skills of work with the computer as a control facility, works with software of general purpose; to use information received from global computer networks.
Cycle of BD (basic disciplines) - all the credits 66, an obligatory component - 20, a component at the choice of –46. As a result of studying of disciplines of cycle BD the being trained has to know the main sections of the theory of the state and the right, state law, civil law, criminal law; to have the basic knowledge necessary for studying of professional disciplines.
Cycle MS (main subjects) - all the credits 32, an obligatory component - 15, a component for choice - 27. As a result of studying of disciplines of cycle MS the being trained has to acquire knowledge, the skills necessary for implementation of all types of professional activity in the sphere of criminalistics, procedural, financial, tax and other legal relationship; to know features of functioning of public prosecutor's supervision in the Republic of Kazakhstan; theoretical bases and the practical importance of system of proofs for the successful solution of problems of legal proceedings.
The speciality provides the carrying out of the professional practices.
Educational practice - 2 credits
The practice purpose - acquaintance of students with speciality, with qualification requirements to the identity of future expert, and also fixing of theoretical knowledge and abilities with practical legal activities.
Industrial practice -2 credits. The practice purpose - acquisition of experience of professional work, studying of the main spheres of professional activity, official, functional duties, legal requirements to activity of law enforcement agencies; judicial, executive and representative bodies of the government and management; state and non-state enterprises; legal professions; banks; insurance and auditor companies.
Pregraduation practice - 2 credits.. The practice purpose - preparation and writing of the thesis (project).

- Kostanay regional prosecutor's office;
- The administrator of vessels of the Kostanay region of Committee on judicial administration at the Supreme Court of RK
- Specialized interdistrict economic court of the Kostanay region;
- Department of customs control across the Kostanay region;
- Justice department across the Kostanay region;
- Department of internal affairs of the Kostanay region;
- Kostanay region bar Association;
- Member of Kostanay regional Bar Association is Orazbayev O. S.
- Society of protection of the rights of consumers "Phemida +".
The academic calendar contains a calendar of carrying out theoretical training, examinations, certifications, professional practice, days of rest (vacation and holidays).
