The report can be subjected to the moderation according to the standards of ethics and rules of spelling. Only after checking the message will be published, including the following corrections, but not limited by its:

• The information of offensive character, containing the slander, detractive evidence, other information, doing harm to the honor, advantage and business reputation, or used for the defamation can be excluded from the text of message.

• The components, information, directed on the incitement of social, racial, national, religious, class and patrimonial discord, stimulation of social, national, patrimonial, racial, religious strife, an insult of national honor and dignity or religious feelings of citizens, propaganda or campaigning  of social, racial, national, religious, class and patrimonial superiority, assuming the discrimination based on the origin, social, official and property status, gender, race,  nationality, language, relation to religion, belief, containing the appeals to violent change of the constitutional system and violation of territorial integrity of the Republic, causing a threat to security, life, health, moral of the population can be excluded from the text of message.

As a rule, moderation of the message and preparation even on the intermediate answer takes certain time. In this connection, the repeated (duplicating) messages, or messages, specifying the reason of non-publication of earlier submitted messages, or the status of the current moderation can be not published.

The claims on terms of response to the messages, demanding immediate decision (questions of urgent character) aren't accepted, in particular, which came in non-work time. 

All your messages have personal character, reflect subjective opinion and relation to the problem of the specific person - inhabitant of region, therefore use of nickname "guest", "anonymous author", "well-wisher", "group of companions", "residents of the village", etc. isn't allowed further. Use of the blog as post bulletin board, discussion of the problem with the third parties, for the messages of private character, addressed to other specific interlocutor is inadmissible. Otherwise, the questions and references will be removed by the moderator. Information about authors of the messages, arriving on the blogging platform, has strictly confidential character.
