• The technical, technological, agricultural and veterinary specialties of Kostanay state university of A. Baitursynov, which is approved as the higher education institution, participating in its realization, were included by the program “Serpin-2050” in 2015. 450 state educational grants were provided to the University for training according to the program “SERPIN-2050” on 2015.

• The social project “Serpin-2050” enters in the priority tasks, setting by the Head of state Nursultan Nazarbayev in the Strategy "Kazakhstan-2050". According to the Strategy, entering into number of 30 developed countries is caused by the necessity of training of qualified personnel.

• In this regard, for the solution of problems of youth the social project "Mangilik el zhastary - industriyaga!" was initiated by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This project is called "Serpin-2050".
