The purpose of the educational program: to establish a system of knowledge and critical assessment of the current technical problems, studied and discussed in the framework of various areas of durability with a PhD student; to establish a comprehensive understanding of the scientific methods and skills of applying these methods for studying technical problems with a PhD student; to establish with a PhD student 's ability to carry out independent scientific research and competence in formulating their own conclusions on various branches of the IST; |
