The agronomist is an expert in the field of agriculture. Its main objective is control of observance of technology of cultivation of crops. The agronomist directs landing and collecting agricultural plants, the preparation of fertilizers, pest control and other work providing high to productivity

Formation of the competent expert of agriculture, the possessing wide baggage of knowledge and owning methods of receiving high-quality agricultural production

Reproduction and conservation of soil fertility; development and implementation of an integrated system of plant protection against pests; development of the structure of sown areas and schemes of crop rotation in relation to the conditions of specific farms, taking into account their main activities; complex agrotechnical maintenance of farm fields, taking into account agrolandscapes; the use of modern progressive technologies of cultivation of agricultural crops, taking into account the achievements of domestic and foreign science.
