Every year the museum is visited by people from neighbouring (Russia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan) and abroad countries (Germany, Argentina, USA, England, Poland, Bulgaria). Last fall (2011), there were many visitors because of the project Tempus Project cibeles jep – themuseum was visited by 18 scientists from different countries – ecologists, biologists, etc.
With genuine interest, a German scientist Hartwig Mennen observed the collection of the local insect fauna. He has shown particular attention to pests of industrial crops, particularly canola. Leaving the entry in the guest book, he noted the professionalism of museum workers and expressed hope for cooperation. Another scientist from the U.S., Regional Representative for Environment, Science and Technology, Bruce Hudspeth noted the scientific value of the collection and the hard work of museum staff. The meetings were covered by the journalists of the local TV companies and publications.

People of different ages, professions and positions show interest in the entomological museum: athletes, prosecutors, heads of districts, regions and the staff of the President of Kazakhstan.
