Building 1 is the main building if KSU. It is floor area is 4 380 m2. There is management personnel and Faculty of Humanitarian and Social Sciences. The floor area of the faculty is 1330 m2, there are 31 classrooms, including 5 lecture halls, 19 rooms for practical classes, 4 computer classrooms, 3 laboratories and a reading hall.

Building 1A, the floor area is 3184,4 m2. There is Faculty of Informational Technology with 16 classrooms, 11 computer classrooms, 3 laboratories, a reading hall and a canteen.

Building 1B, the floor area is 3236 m2. There is Law Faculty with 32 classrooms, 10 specialized rooms equipped with modern education technology, 3 computer classrooms and a buffet.

Economics and Agricultural-biological Faculties are in Building 2. The overall floor area is 2020,3 m2

There are 33 classrooms in Economics Faculty, including 4 lecture halls with floor area form 100 to 250 m2. There are 6 computer classrooms. 

There are 48 classrooms and laboratories in Argicultural-biological Faculty.  Specialized classrooms are equipped with modern educational technology, 4 computer classrooms are equipped with new generation of computers. There is a museum, sport hall, assembly hall and a buffet

Engineering and Physics Faculty is Building 3. The overall floor area is 10424 m2. There are 53 classrooms, laboratories sand computer classes including a pavilion of harvesting equipment and a pavilion of machinery and  mechanization of livestock.

Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry Technology has 27 modern classrooms and laboratories, 2 specialized museums, a veterinary clinic and a buffet. The faculty is in Building 4 with floor area of 4427 m2
