Scientific fields
Research work at the Faculty of Economics is directed to study the trends of post-crisis development of the world economy, the problems of innovative development of economy with government priorities of socio-economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The research projects were carried out on basic and applied research coordinated by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan as well as in contract research.
Analysis of the spectrum of scientific research shows both basic and applied themes of research which makes it possible to evaluate this parameter of research work. There are leading scientists in the field of finance, economics and management at the Faculty of Economics. Due to their research there exist recognized and well-known scientific schools in the country.
