2000-2011 – A.Baitursynov Kostanay State University from Vice Dean for academic Affairs to Dean of engineering and technology faculty.

V. Kushnir has published more than 268 scientific works, including: 2 monographs, 13 manuals, guidelines and recommendations, 78 in the editions recommended by the authorized body, 52 licenses, 11 articles with non-zero impact factor.

She is a member of the editorial boards of scientific journals of the Russian Federation, the expert of the multidisciplinary scientific journal "3i: intellect, idea, innovation".
