Date and place of birth: Born 23 October 1979, Auliekol district, Kostanay region.

Education: Kazakh Institute of law and international relations, 2000 (diploma with honors), Chelyabinsk state University, 2003. Lawyer,

candidate of law, 2005 (dissertation Council of Chelyabinsk state University), candidate of law, 2010 (re-certification of academic degree by the Committee for control in the field of education and science)

Doctoral studies at the Russian University of friendship of peoples (2015-2018);

Doctoral studies at the Saratov state law Academy (2018-present).

Labour activity:

Since 2000 he has passed career growth from teacher to Professor, from head of the Department of law to Deputy Director of the branch of Chelsu for science and external relations. Part-time teacher at A. Baitursynov Kostanay state University and Sh. Kabylbayev Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of the interior, Kostanay branch of the Academy of public administration under the President.

Work in the public service: chief researcher of the Center of judicial expertise of the Ministry of justice of Kazakhstan (Astana, 2007), chief inspector-press Secretary of the akim of Kostanay region (2012-2014).

Work in the non-governmental sector (part-time): 2007-2012 – Chairman of the NGO "Youth center for civil society development", 2015-2017 - head of the NGO "Scientific and educational center "Perspektiva". More than 10 socially significant projects totaling more than 3 million tenge were implemented within the framework of the state order.
